Escaldón and puchero canario are two of their great classics, but the menu is extensive and very well-balanced: fabada (Asturian bean stew), chickpeas, goat meat, carne fiesta (a type of Canarian stew), rabbit, cuttlefish, salted fish, Iberian pork shoulder, or chops, always accompanied by potatoes and well-made mojo sauces.

The portions are truly generous, and the quality-price ratio is one of its strong points. Eating well, with plenty of food, and without surprises on the bill is part of the experience.
