The Mesón-Monasterio, in Los Realejos, is a place steeped in history: founded as an estate by Friar Antonio el Gomero in 1788—already a hub of community exchange—today it is a monumental gastronomic oasis. Restored in 1990, this former monastery stretches across more than 100,000 m² next to La Montañeta.
