Los Carrizales
Parque Rural de Teno
Los Carrizales is a small hamlet nestled among the cliffs of Teno, in the far northwest of Tenerife. It belongs to the municipality of Buenavista del Norte and is divided into two main sections: Carrizal Alto and Carrizal Bajo, connected by a mountain road that offers breathtaking views over the ravines and the ocean.
The surroundings are among the most stunning on the island. The Teno ravines—deep, verdant, and steeply ravaged—encircle the hamlet, isolating it from the outside noise and making a visit a true discovery. The traditional stone houses, small orchards, and the tranquility of the place offer a glimpse into rural life in the most remote areas of Tenerife.
