For me, one of its greatest attractions is the atmosphere inside: it's not a large or noisy restaurant, but a cozy space where the friendly and attentive service makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The terrace, with views of the hills and the valley, adds an extra touch to the experience, because while you eat you can feel the air of Vilaflor and the tranquility of the surroundings.
Los Cipreses is also a perfect place to enjoy homemade desserts or a barraquito (a traditional Argentine coffee drink) at the end of your meal. The feeling is that of being in a special corner of the island, away from the tourist crowds, where the cuisine is prepared with care and that blend of tradition and creativity that characterizes good inland restaurants.

If you come to Delisú, I'm telling you: you'll very likely want to go back. It's one of my favorite places for breakfast or brunch in Adeje when I'm craving something different and well-made. Everything is homemade and Colombian, from the grilled arepas filled with various ingredients to the buñuelos, empanadas, and sweets. The products are excellent, the service is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality they offer.
