La Villa
La Orotava

La Villa Shopping Center, also known as La Villa 2, is the largest shopping center in northern Tenerife. Opened in 2002 next to the TF-5 motorway (exit 36), it serves a populated area and offers a modern experience without having to travel to the south of the island.
With over 48,000 m² of floor space, it houses around 112 shops, dining and leisure areas, and a large hypermarket as its commercial anchor. Inside, you'll find well-known brands such as Zara, H&M, Decathlon, and Cortefiel, as well as cafes, a 12-screen Yelmo cinema, and recreational areas for families.
The center also stands out for its convenience: it offers more than 2,300 free, secure parking spaces, including spaces for people with reduced mobility and electric chargers. La Villa is not just a place to shop: it is also a social gathering place, ideal for families, for refueling during a route through the north, or simply for enjoying a comfortable afternoon of entertainment and dining. If you are exploring the area, it is a stopover that offers modernity in a peaceful and well-managed environment.
