Titolo 4
Zona de calistenia en el Puerto de San Miguel
Amarilla Golf

The Calistenia zone of Puerto de San Miguel is very different from the other street workout parks in Tenerife. The principal attraction is no longer the most complete installation in the mayor's number of bars, but it is also included in the price, which is very privileged and much more relaxing.
The park is located at the port of Amarilla Golf sports, literally open to the sea. Mientras entrenas tienes vistas directas a los barcos, al océano y a la volcánica del sur, algo que hace que incluso una rutina sencilla se sienta diferente. Además, the zone is very peaceful compared to many tourists like Las Americas.
The installation is basic and is suitable for training functionalities and routines of calistenia. Tiene bars de dominadas, paralelas y algunos elementsos sencillos para trabajar fuerzarzarzarza corporal. There is no need to compete in extreme technical training, but you can also use the air conditioning to complement other sports in the zone.
Other important things are the atmosphere. We don't have large groups with a constant rotation of the gente. Much of it is possible to enter with calm, along the maritime route or combine the exercise with activities from the Puerto. This means that the sea ritual is more relaxing and stable.
La ubicación también ayuda mucho. The area of Amarilla Golf and the Puerto de San Miguel has a unique landscape in the Tenerife area, with several marinas, black volcanic rock and Atlantic views. On these days, you can see the silhouette of the Teide in the interior and part of the coast on the extended side.
No part of the story is part of the encanto. This is due to the combination of sports, tranquility and maritime surroundings, in a zone that has not been entered since the last time, as part of a summer walk in the sea, which is a traditional training session.

Where to eat
Heladería Artesanal la Tejita
If you're in the La Tejita area and fancy something refreshing after the beach, this ice cream shop is a great place to stop. Here you'll find artisanal ice creams with a variety of delicious flavors, perfect for a quick treat while you're strolling or relaxing after a day at the beach. It's a simple, pleasant, and very convenient spot to indulge without any fuss.
What to see
La Hoya
The hamlet of La Hoya, in San Miguel de Abona, is one of those places that helps you understand what life was like in southern Tenerife before tourism. Declared a Site of Cultural Interest as an Ethnological Site, it preserves traditional architecture, historic paths, water sources, and agricultural terraces in a rural setting that has changed very little over time.
Activities
Tunolandia Canarias
This is a distinctive plan on the island of Tenerife across all the playa and hotels, Tunolandia is one of these curiosities that are so popular. In the Valle de San Lorenzo, this space consists of a variety of tuneras, gastronomy, tradition and products based on high pico. Aquí puedes pasear entre cactus gigantes, probar mermeladas, licores o mojo de tuno y descubrir una cara mucho más rural y diferente del sur de la isla.

Miel Tament
Tament, which means "honey" in the Amazigh language, is an artisanal gem produced on the same estate that makes Nevales de Abona wine, using Canarian black bees. It is multifloral, pure, and deep golden in color, with a smooth texture and balanced sweetness. Although it doesn't have an official organic seal, it is produced using sustainable and traditional methods. Like the wines, this product can only be found at the San Isidro Farmers Market, at Elsa's stand.
Sports
Circuito Motocross
The San Miguel de Abona Motocross Circuit is one of Tenerife's premier motocross venues. Its technically designed volcanic terrain combines jumps, tight turns, and fast sections, offering fun for both experienced and beginner riders. Located in an arid environment overlooking the sea, it is a popular meeting point for motorsports enthusiasts, with a local atmosphere, training sessions, and competitions throughout the year.
Trekking
Sendero Montaña Roja
Walking the circular route that starts in El Médano and heads toward Montaña Roja is like stepping into an otherworldly volcanic landscape: reddish sand, deep blue sea, and the wind that caresses you with every step. You can see World War II bunkers, aquatic birds, and panoramic views of the southern part of the island. You'll love it if you're looking for an easy hike with that "reconnect with nature" feel in southern Tenerife.
