El Libano

Located at 36 Calle Santiago Cuadrado, in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Restaurante El Líbano is a gastronomic institution that has kept the tradition of Lebanese cuisine alive for more than four decades. Under the direction of Ali Mohsen and his team, the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes that stand out for their flavor and quality.

The menu includes a selection of starters such as hummus, mutabal, baba ghanoush, and tabbouleh, as well as main courses such as kebabs, kibe naye (a style of steak tartare with Lebanese meat and spices), and roast lamb accompanied by rice, almonds, pine nuts, and raisins. On weekends, the restaurant offers off-menu dishes that vary according to the season and the availability of fresh ingredients.

The restaurant features a spacious space decorated with elements evoking Lebanese culture, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It has an open kitchen, allowing diners to watch the preparation of their dishes. It also offers private parking on the same street for guests' convenience.
