It also functions as a serious training center: many professional teams use it for camps, high-level training, or intensive physical preparation.
Furthermore, Tenerife Top Training isn't just for athletes: if you're on vacation or live nearby, it can be a great option for staying fully active without relying on just one type of sport. The opening hours are generous: the gym is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the pools and other facilities are always readily available.

The route passes through ravines, ancient threshing floors, small hermitages, and traditional agricultural remains. There's hardly any shade, but in return, you'll have open panoramic views for much of the way and a constant sense of a rural, volcanic, and mystical landscape.
