Titolo 4
Buceo en el Balito
Adeje

El Balito, a small hidden cove in the municipality of Adeje, has established itself as one of the most interesting diving spots in Tenerife thanks to its rich seabed and calm waters. Once known as a fishing spot, it has now become a reference point for diving schools and divers seeking experiences away from the more crowded areas.
Access is via a small cement ramp that leads directly into the sea, facilitating both shore dives and beginner dives. Beneath the surface, the landscape is a mosaic of volcanic rock formations, with crevices, caves, and arches that invite exploration. Visibility is usually excellent, allowing you to fully enjoy the marine life.
At El Balito, it is common to encounter large groupers, sea breams, sea breams, scallops, and trumpetfish, as well as moray eels that emerge from their hiding places. You can also see rays, octopuses, and occasionally sea turtles that come in search of food. For more experienced divers, the deeper areas offer the opportunity to discover even more diverse ecosystems.
This spot perfectly combines the tranquility of an isolated location with the biological richness that characterizes the waters of the southern part of the island. Diving in El Balito is not only about immersing yourself in the Atlantic, but also about enjoying an environment that preserves the essence of the most authentic Tenerife coast, far from the hustle and bustle and with an atmosphere that invites you to return again and again.
