Miel Tament
Tament, which means "honey" in the Amazigh language, is an artisanal gem produced on the same estate that makes Nevales de Abona wine, using Canarian black bees. It is multifloral, pure, and deep golden in color, with a smooth texture and balanced sweetness. Although it doesn't have an official organic seal, it is produced using sustainable and traditional methods. Like the wines, this product can only be found at the San Isidro Farmers Market, at Elsa's stand.

Parque de Calistenia
The Calistenia Park of Vilaflor also has many sports areas in Tenerife that can be used for: climbing the mountains and clear air at more than 1,400 meters in altitude. The installation is very easy, with the basics for a good routine of street workout, but the verdadero is attractive in the exercise. Monumento Natural de la Montaña de Ifara y Los Riscos
If you'd like to discover one of the lesser-known landscapes of southern Tenerife, the route through the Ifara Mountain and Los Riscos Natural Monument will surprise you. You'll walk among ancient volcanic cones, lava fields, spurge thickets, and enormous eroded rock formations that create a landscape very different from that of Mount Teide or Anaga. It's a peaceful route, with sweeping views over the south of the island and a constant feeling of traversing an almost untouched territory.
