Titolo 4
La Guarida del Pirata
Los Realejos

When you arrive at The Pirate's Lair, you quickly realize that this isn't just any ordinary park. Here, everything is designed to make you an active part of a story. Located in Los Realejos, surrounded by nature, the park takes full advantage of its surroundings to create an outdoor adventure experience that blends fantasy, play, and learning.
The park is themed like a real pirate's lair, with exploration areas, mazes, and scenarios that encourage movement, thinking, and collaboration. It's not just about running around or playing for the sake of it, but about following a narrative, solving puzzles, and progressing as a team. From the very first moment, it's clear that this is a carefully planned project, not an improvised one.
One of the most interesting aspects is that the games were created by educators. This is reflected in how the activities are adapted to different age groups and how cooperation, logic, and imagination are fostered. There are specific experiences for young children, such as a pirate map treasure hunt for ages 3 to 7, and more comprehensive story modes for ages 8 and up, where the challenges become more complex.
For adults, the space transforms with escape games and nighttime games, designed for groups seeking a unique experience, whether for leisure or celebration. Birthdays, for both children and adults, are a cornerstone of the project, offering a genuine alternative to traditional celebrations, where everyone participates and no one is left out.
The venue also features a terrace and open spaces that allow you to relax, socialize, and enjoy the natural surroundings between activities. As a special touch, Pirate's Lair includes a themed recreation, created by fans for fans, of the lounge from a well-known Star Wars ship—a detail that surprises and adds personality to the overall experience.
It's important to know that you cannot visit without a prior appointment, as the experiences are organized in shifts to ensure the smooth flow of the game and the attention given to each group. The Pirate's Lair is designed for families who value shared time, experiences, and lasting memories. Here, you don't receive a gift: you experience an adventure that will be remembered.

Where to eat
El Monasterio
El Mesón-Monasterio is an exceptional culinary space: a former 18th-century Dominican convent converted into a restaurant, with over 100,000 m² of gardens, a farm, and viewing platforms. Here, several spaces coexist under one roof, from terraces to lounges with free-roaming birds. Canarian cuisine, tapas, brunch, and a gourmet shop are served in a historic and almost magical setting.
What to see
Mirador de Los Roque
The Mirador de Los Roques viewpoint, on the coast of Los Realejos, is one of those places where the sea and volcanic rock create a powerful image. Facing it rise the imposing Roques, whose waves crash against the rock and give the place its name. A tranquil and scenic spot, perfect for contemplating the northern coast of Tenerife in its wildest state.
Activities
Refugio Internacional para Animales
The International Animal Shelter in La Cruz Santa (Los Realejos, northern Tenerife) has been rescuing abandoned or abused dogs since 1976. All animals taken in are sterilized, vaccinated, identified, dewormed, and tested for heartworm. Visiting not only allows you to learn about essential work, but also to contribute to the community by giving a voice to those who cannot ask for help on their own.
Beaches
Playa del Socorro
Playa del Socorro is a jewel of northern Tenerife: black volcanic sand, powerful waves, and a natural cliff setting. Surfers and swimmers mingle thanks to the breakwaters that keep the waves away from the shore. It's equipped with lifeguards, showers, beach bars, accessible access, and the "El Puntito" youth area. A great way to connect with nature and experience a memorable sunset.
Nightlife
Shopping
Las Llanadas
If you enjoy discovering local products directly from their source, this small artisanal cheese factory in Los Realejos is one of those places where cheese is still made the traditional way. They work primarily with goat's milk and produce fresh, semi-cured, and smoked cheeses, as well as ricotta and other dairy products. It's a place closely linked to the primary sector of northern Tenerife, where the authentic flavor of Canarian cheese takes center stage.
